The Career Development Specialist will coordinate recruitment and retention initiatives and have primary responsibility for developing strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll a highly qualified, talented, and diverse student body that supports the overall mission, and enrollment retention goals of the Pickaway-Ross Career and Technology Center.
