PASS-PLUS is designed for those students who are having academic difficulties but who do not qualify for special education services in their home schools. These are high school students who do not have enough credits to be in the appropriate grade level according to their chronological age. They are enrolled at the alternative school for the entire school year.
The students follow an established curriculum and course of study in order to earn credits for graduation. They are required to take a full complement of courses in the morning and work at various businesses in the afternoon for credit. They are taught both academic and employment skills. The contact telephone number for the PASS-PLUS Program is (740) 420-3426.
